Service Description: VCGI Lidar Program (VLP) One-foot contour data extracted from Quality Level 2 (QL2) DEMs, collected from 2013 to 2017, covering the entire state of Vermont. Various contour intervals display according to pre-set AGO/Google zoom scales. To acquire detailed surface elevation data for use in conservation planning, design, research, floodplain mapping, dam safety assessments, and hydrologic modeling. USGS LiDAR Base Specification 1.2, QL2. 19.6 cm NVA. Data can be downloaded on a tile-by-tile basis from the Vermont Open Geodata portal (geodata.vermont.gov/datasets?q=contours).
