To acquire detailed surface elevation data for use in conservation planning, design, research, floodplain mapping, dam safety assessments, and hydrologic modeling. USGS LiDAR Base Specification 1.2, QL2. 19.6 cm NVA. Data can be downloaded on a tile-by-tile basis from the Vermont Open Geodata portal (geodata.vermont.gov/datasets?q=contours).
